I have decided that the only way to help people put our "failing education" system into perspective is to provide a little information on the schools/countries we are being compared to...so I will choose a couple of countries a week...
Switzerland
Ranked 4th in Math
Ranked 11th in Science
Ranked 11th in Reading (although that doesn't matter because the commercials are all mentioning "math and science)
Something to consider about Switzerland...
-Every citizen is required to purchase health care...(also insurers are not allowed to profit from the basic plan, they are allowed to offer supplemental options)

Our Countries Debt
I wish people would realize the truth about our countries debt and where and when the money started disappearing...I'm tired of people listening to people who really don't know what they are talking about.
